Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, based in JCCC / Te Hihiri Whakahauora – Whangarei Hospital.

About the Role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work under the direction and delegation of Nursing and Midwifery, contributing to safe patient, tūroro and tangata whai ora care. Your duties include assisting with delegated activities, maintaining a safe, pleasant, functional environment, greeting patients and families, answering phone enquiries, referring clinical calls to the appropriate health professional, and supporting the daily functioning of the department through housekeeping, restocking, and reception/administrative tasks.
