Key Responsibilities:
• Follow care plans as determined by the supervisor
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Observe and report on clients' conditions
• Provide nutritious meal preparation and planning
• Facilitate resident transfers and mobility

Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Experience with seniors in health services
