This role reports to the Director of Care and involves assisting residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will be integral in delivering personalized care, keeping detailed records, and being responsive to resident calls. Your responsibilities will also encompass administering medications and supporting recreational activities in alignment with resident care plans.
