Job Description

            Job Requirements Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven civil execution experience with a Main Contractor in the UAE. 
Must hold an active Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 or higher engineering license and SOE membership. 
Strong command over AutoCAD, BOQ analysis, and structural drawing interpretation. 
 Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations, ensuring steel fixing, formwork, and concrete pouring meet exact structural standards. 
Manage and coordinate with multiple sub-contractors on-site to ensure strict project deadlines are met without delays. 
Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, preparing the site for surprise Dubai Municipality and consultant inspections.
