Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety‑first culture across employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, COR standards, and safety regulations
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Deliver safety training and coaching to employees and subcontractors
