Are you a Health and Safety Advisor who enjoys being out on site, building relationships with operational teams and making a real difference to health and safety performance?

Principal People are working with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to support a long-term water framework across the Western Home Counties. This is a site-focused role supporting capital delivery projects including mains replacement, rehabilitation, new connections and civil engineering works.

You'll spend the majority of your week out on site, coaching teams, carrying out inspections and audits, and working closely with Project Managers to improve standards and drive a positive safety culture.
