Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales and distribution best practices in line with OM Bank strategy (OMBS).
• Ensure enablement and development of sales support talent.
• Assist the Executive Head of Retail Sales with the formulation and execution of the distribution strategy.
• Accountable for reporting, incentives, expenses and processes related to Sales and Distribution to manage optimal cost of selling.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Retail Sales strategy alongside the Executive Head, anticipating complex issues, challenges and opportunities, ensuring integration with broader corporate strategy.
• Lead the Distribution Support strategy and implementation to optimise the cost‑to‑sell.
