• Develop and execute a regional Wealth lending strategic plan across Europe, Africa and Middle East markets with a design to ‘win’ at the country level consistent with the Global Wealth Solutions strategy within approved risk appetite.
• Management of the complete Mortgage Business of Conventional & Islamic banking division with the aim of building a sustainably profitable assets book across the EMEA region.
