Role Overview

At Daikan Izakaya Restaurant, our head waiter plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Working in an onsite setting, the head waiter will act as a front-line ambassador of the restaurant, overseeing table service, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring that our esteemed guests enjoy the best of Japanese hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Oversee the flow of service within the dining area to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to manage meal orders efficiently.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
