Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment outcomes. Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring plans. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Conduct regular reporting and provide insights on recruitment progress and challenges. Train and develop junior recruiters to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and organizational hiring standards. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
