Head, Students Consulting (Campus)

Job Purpose

Lead the Students Consulting team to ensure the effective implementation of the ATA strategy and vision. Oversee the development and execution of consulting programs that support student growth and align with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development among team members. Ensure the delivery of high‑quality consulting services to students, guardians, and other stakeholders. Act as a liaison between students, instructors, and management to maintain a professional and supportive atmosphere. Develop and implement strategies to address academic, attendance, and behavioral challenges among students. Promote continuous improvement and alignment with best practices in student consulting. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
