Job Summary:
The Head for Standards & Quality Assurance Division has the primary mandate to assure products and processes meet certain thresholds of acceptability by establishing and enforcing quality standards. He/she plans, develops, directs and coordinates the Group’s quality assurance programs and formulate, document, and codify quality control policies with the aim of improving efficiencies, optimizing profitability, and reducing time and resources. This includes designing the lifecycle of products and services, receiving and evaluating customer feedback as well as monitoring all processes that come into direct contact with the consumer with the end-in-view of delivering a delightful customer experience.
