Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to lead and scale our Quick Commerce and E-Commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery while ensuring superior customer experience and profitable growth Key Responsibilities 1. Quick Commerce Operations · Manage end-to-end operations across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other quick commerce partners. · Ensure high product availability, fill rates, and SLA adherence. · Optimize dark store operations, inventory replenishment, and demand forecasting.
