Head of Veterinary Medicine — Rodent Lab Leadership (Basel)

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director to oversee the Veterinary Medicine group in Basel, Switzerland. The role involves leading a team and ensuring exceptional veterinary care while supporting research initiatives. You will conduct detailed monitoring of animal health and hygiene, coordinate quality assurance, and provide veterinary guidance on new models for human disease research.

Applicants must possess a degree in Veterinary Medicine recognized in Switzerland and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Swiss animal welfare laws and ECLAM certification is desirable.
