Head of Training Center

Our client is a pre-clinical Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in pig models dedicated to innovative solutions for biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.

To support its business plan, they is building an impressive, hospital-like training center in Barcelona that can meet the training needs for any medical device supplier.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead business development activities. Boost Sales is the major responsibility of this position.
• Manage the center (P&L responsibility).
• Build the new team.
• Coordinate with any other necessary resources from the CRO or third companies to provide clients with superb service.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience organizing and leading complex events.
