Main Role and Activities
- Lead a globally distributed lab verification team structured by different product lines, scientific verification methods and software/data.
- Define and implement the lab’s strategic roadmap in collaboration with the engineering leadership team.
- Lead and support initiatives such as lab digitalization, growth of the infrastructure, evaluation of new measurement technology and component testing programs.
- Global lab performance controlling & reporting based on the defined KPIs.
- Ensure test standards, safety protocols, and software tools are harmonized globally.
- Maintain high-quality testing capabilities for new product introductions, supplier qualifications, and customer‑specific validations.
