Head of Technical Operations & After Sales (Marine Services)

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Head of Technical Operations & After Sales (Marine Services) for a well-established marine products and services company. This is a key leadership role for someone with strong technical depth and operational leadership experience in after-sales service, workshop operations, field service deployment, and customer support. He/she will lead the technical and after-sales function, drive service excellence, and ensure strong operational performance across repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will come from a business involving heavy-duty mechanical systems, power-related equipment, or critical industrial assets , and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced aftermarket and service-led environment.
