Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Head of Special Accounts)
- Lead collections strategy, borrower engagement, and delinquency resolution
- Manage restructuring and remediation plans for distressed accounts
- Coordinate closely with legal counsel on escalations and compliance
- Monitor watchlist accounts and proactively prevent deterioration
- Oversee write-offs and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Report directly to leadership on portfolio health and recovery outcomes
