Head of Singapore Equities and Securities Business

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategically-minded Head of Singapore Equities and Securities Business to take full leadership of the company's securities business build-out in Singapore — from establishing the licensed entity through to launching the digital trading platform and local operations. As business lead, you will be fully accountable for regulatory compliance, team leadership, client growth, and overall P&L, taking the business from 0 to 1 and driving sustainable growth in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the Singapore securities business — build the licensing framework, organisational structure and operating model from the ground up; drive the launch of SG, US and HK equities trading and expand into cross-border trading and diversified product lines; design market entry and growth strategies against revenue, profitability and AUM targets.
