Head of Shipboard Housekeeping & Guest Experience

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for a Housekeeping Manager in Lima, Peru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and visual impressions onboard, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a focus on delivering top-notch service.

Applicants should have 2-3 years of Housekeeping managerial experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. Good knowledge of English and preferably Spanish is required.
