About the Company

Randstad is representing a premier international school in Malaysia looking for an experienced Head of Secondary School. This is a member of the School Leadership Team, primarily concerned with planning and overseeing the development and implementation of the school’s administrative systems, policies and procedures and management of resources that supports teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of the School Leadership Team (SALT), directly supervising Key Stage Leaders, conducting teacher appraisals, and setting challenging professional development objectives.
• Maintain a teaching load of no less than 8 hours per week, serving as an exceptional classroom role model who promotes 21st‑century teaching strategies, methodology, and technology.
