Head of Secondary Inclusion

The British International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head of Secondary Inclusion to lead inclusive practice within the Secondary department.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture where staff and students are inspired to achieve their potential.
• Champion an inclusive culture and model high levels of professionalism and reflective practice.
• Ensure high-quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Gifted & Talented (G&T) learners.
• Work closely with the Head of Inclusion (Whole School), the Primary Inclusion Lead and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to strategic planning, staff development and direct student support.
