Accountable for building and leading a high‑performing, commercially disciplined organisation that delivers sustainable revenue growth, strong conversion, and exceptional customer outcomes. Develop agents, team leaders, and managers into a cohesive, scalable team, and do it by showing up, coaching hard, and setting the standard every day.
Own sales performance, end to end
