Head of Sales & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to work directly with the business owner.

This is not a purely administrative sales‑management position.

We need someone who can personally generate business, build relationships, open doors, close important projects and strengthen the performance of the existing sales team.

The ideal candidate may come from interior design, renovation, construction, property, building materials, commercial fit‑out, office solutions, furniture, real estate or another related corporate environment.

You should understand relationship‑based selling, longer sales cycles, higher‑value projects and how to work with decision‑makers.

The role will have direct access to the owner and will play an important part in the company’s growth.
