Job Description
We're looking for a strategic, forward‑thinking leader to take on a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, leading our risk management and health & safety agenda and helping us deliver safe, high‑quality care to our communities. This is not a traditional operational H&S role. We need someone who can think at system level, influence senior stakeholders, and embed a proactive, intelligence‑led approach to risk across a complex organisation. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2‑3 days in the office. We can also offer support with relocation expenses for those looking to relocate to Somerset.
