Head of Retail Operations

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):

To assist Country Manager in the management of Retail Operations, to meet and exceed sales and profit through effective people management and implementation of critical company plans besides carrying out relevant business development initiatives to increase market share and competitiveness while providing delighting service to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
