Principal Duties & Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing and leading our retail division , which encompasses spearheading overall Retail Business profitability , ensuring the over-achievement of topline and bottom-line targets, growing new channel acquisitions , and proper management of high-level brand pitches and offline distribution networks.
The role's functional scope demands a visionary leader who can drive growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize the performance of our retail outlets.
You will report to the CCO , champion the strategic expansion plans , and establish and maintain proper structural controls in budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense management.
