Position Overview

Welcome to our housing services team at Villa Breda's residential unit in Kauniainen. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic head of residential unit who is ready to lead and develop the housing services for our elderly clients. This temporary role offers an opportunity to influence and improve our clients’ participation and quality of life through human‑centered and coaching leadership.

Responsibilities

• Overall management, development, and quality assurance of the unit’s operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 40 staff members.
• Work closely with the service manager and act as a direct supervisor for staff.
• Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop operations to realize clients’ individual lives to the fullest.
• Provide on‑site presence to facilitate close interaction with clients and staff.
