Our client is seeking a Head of Research & Development – Agriculture to lead a global innovation agenda focused on developing next-generation fertiliser and biostimulant solutions. This executive-level role offers the opportunity to drive research, innovation, and product development across multiple international markets while translating scientific discovery into commercially successful products. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a global R&D strategy aligned with business growth, sustainability, and innovation objectives. Lead and manage the full innovation lifecycle, from concept development through to commercialisation. Drive structured stage-gate governance processes to assess project viability, regulatory readiness, and commercial potential. Oversee global research programmes, including laboratory, greenhouse, and field trial activities.
