The Head of Renovation & Flipping is accountable for Mileles villa and apartment acquisition renovation and resale program. The role spans the entire lifecycle from acquisition due diligence design authority approvals execution QA/QC cost and schedule control handover and sales readiness.

The mandate is to build a professional scalable and profitable renovation function rooted in disciplined project management engineering excellence and market-driven design.

This leader must combine strategic vision technical mastery and commercial acumen to deliver superior ROI.

• Define and execute Mileles renovation and flipping strategy (light refresh core renovation luxury transformations).
