Head of Regulation & Internal Control – Abu Dhabi, UAE

BBVA ADGM Branch in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head of RIC to oversee Regulation and Internal Control, Compliance, MLRO and Non-Financial Risks. You will serve as the primary liaison with FSRA and FIU, ensuring ADGM rule compliance and maintaining Approved Person status.

You will lead the NFR unit to align local operations with BBVA Group strategy, and keep knowledge updated on main local regulations, with emphasis on governance, training, and data protection.
