Head of Production Molding / Molding Expert (m/w/d) - Tunisia

What you will do: Take ownership for all molding-related production processes (e.g. injection molding / plastics processing) Drive operational excellence across molding, including productivity, quality and cost performance Analyze and optimize existing processes, machine setups and tooling performance Implement structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Lean, root cause analysis) Lead, develop and structure the local molding team (setter, engineers etc.) Establish clear roles, responsibilities and performance management within the team Act as the key technical expert and advisor for molding processes on-site Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and process instabilities Train and upskill the local teams Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance and engineering Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards What convinces us: University degree or equivalent practical experience in the field of molding Several years of relevant experie...
