Head of Product (Hands-On Leadership – Renewable / Engineering Products)
Location: Germany / Spain, Hybrid
Team Size: 15
Candidates must currently reside in the EU - Ideally Spain or Germany - and have a record of bringing Solar products to market.
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Product to lead and actively shape a portfolio of engineering‑led products in a fast‑growing, technically driven environment.
This isn’t a purely strategic role — you will be embedded in the detail , working closely with engineering, sales, and operations while directly guiding a team of 15 across product management and technical functions.
You’ll own the roadmap, challenge assumptions, and ensure products are commercially successful and technically robust.
