Job Description

As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of Head of People Development. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia. 
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a People Development Strategy aligned with F&B operations across outlets, central kitchen, and online platforms.
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training framework for frontline staff, managers, area leaders, and relevant head office roles, including onboarding and foundational programs.
Create leadership development initiatives, competency frameworks, and clear career pathways to support talent growth and succession.
