Job Description

Oliver James have partnered with an international reinsurance organisation to recruit for a Head of Payments.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that ensures the sufficient balances and payment processing as well as lead a team and work closely with senior stakeholders of the business to ensure global regulations are controlled and risks mitigated.

Additional Responsibilities;

  • Lead and mentor a team across 5 different locations.
  • Development of implement a global payments processes and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulations related to payments and identify new technologies.
  • Analyse the payment data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

    • Qualifications;

  • Bachelors degree in finance, business or economics.
  • 10+ years experience in payments, collections or reinsurance accounting or financial operations.
  • At least 5 years experience in leadership roles.
