Head of Owner’s Engineering – OSBL Projects

Neste is looking for a Manager, Owner’s Engineering to lead the OSBL engineering team in Porvoo, Finland. You will oversee a group of about 10 engineering leads and coordinate with project managers and refinery personnel on OSBL projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, global collaboration and delivery of execution strategies for refinery projects outside of battery limits, while ensuring alignment with maintenance and operations support.
