Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Operations to lead our hospitality and accommodation operations across APAC. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance, and business results across a diverse portfolio of serviced apartments, hotels, and flexible living assets.
This is a strategic leadership role that combines regional operational oversight with hands-on execution. You will play a key role in scaling operations, launching new properties, improving performance, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead the operational performance of our hospitality portfolio across APAC, ensuring strong guest satisfaction, occupancy, revenue, and profitability outcomes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of serviced apartments, hotels, and accommodation assets across multiple markets.
