Overview The Head of Operations will spearhead the national network of company-owned service centres. Reporting to the EXCO, you will be the primary architect of operational excellence for the group. This is a heavy-lifting leadership role where you will balance strategic capacity planning with the day-to-day grit of running a high-volume, multi-site retail and technical environment.
