Head of Operations

Seeking an accomplished Operational Leader to serve as Head of India Operations, requiring an executive capable of professionalizing the India business, driving operational excellence, enhancing governance, and building a high-performance culture.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 15–25 years of progressive leadership experience leading large-scale shared services, KPO, BPO, GCC, accounting outsourcing, finance operations or professional services organizations.
• Experience managing large teams in a multi-layered organization, business transformation, and organizational change.
• Strong exposure to UK accounting, audit, tax, compliance, or finance outsourcing environments preferred.
