Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic operations leader with strong exposure to iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, and payment ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in managing end-to-end gaming operations across international markets, including customer experience, payment operations, fraud prevention, CRM systems, technology integrations, and operational scaling.
This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
