Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic operations leader with strong exposure to i Gaming, sportsbook, online casino, and payment ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in managing end-to-end gaming operations across international markets, including customer experience, payment operations, fraud prevention, CRM systems, technology integrations, and operational scaling.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
