About the role: What's in the Box
‘De Kas’ in Bleiswijk is HelloFresh's flagship fulfilment site in the Netherlands, and everything that happens here directly determines whether thousands of meal boxes leave on time, complete, and at cost.
As Head of Operations (Internally called 'Warehouse Manager'), you own the pre-production operation: the critical phase that makes assembly possible. Your three teams, totaling around 100 FTE, handle inbound receiving, internal transport and reverse logistics. These teams ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time, so that production can start on time and run without interruption. This is a high-visibility role with real decision-making authority and a direct line to the Site Lead.
