Design Build Cast is a specialist precious metal casting company serving the UK jewellery trade, producing castings in gold and platinum for

jewellers and brands throughout the UK. We operate as one team across two locations our established London operation and a new, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Birmingham.

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to take ownership of the Birmingham business and build the operation from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a fully established operation. It is an opportunity to build one.

The Role
