We are looking for an operational lead at a hugely exciting time for Tramshed as we gain 2 new spaces in the footprint of the new Woolwich Leisure Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, pay good attention to detail and innovative processes to extend our offer.

• Ensure the smooth running of this locally loved arts and community venue as we extend our offer with 2 new studios
• Support increased earnings from room hire
• Deliver an accessible, sustainable welcome for all users of our space

The position is advertised as:

• 0.8-Full Time
• Fixed term to 31.3.27 with potential to renew
• £35,000-37,000 based on experience
• Reporting to Tramshed Director
• Responsible for Hires and Events Coordinator, Venue Technician, Cleaning Team, Duty Managers/Box Office
