Head of O&M, Renewables - Southern Africa

The Head of O&M South Africa at TotalEnergies Renewables Southern Africa will establish an organization that ensures availability, production, and asset lifetime while meeting safety standards and contractual requirements.

You will define and implement local O&M strategy, lead the operations and maintenance team, manage budgets, ensure governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across project companies under TERSA’s management.
