Job Description

Head of Metallurgy & Process Engineering – High-Spec Foundry Leadership

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Metallurgical Engineering (or related field) is a requirement to be considered

  • 5+ years of Metals Manufacturing experience (Foundry, Casting, or Forging) including a background in technical management

  • Up to $120,000 base salary depending on experience level

  • Strategic Leadership: Manage a specialized team including Metallurgical and Process Engineers, along with the Metal Lab and Metals Store

  • Schedule: Standard First Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) with flexibility based on production/pours

  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

  • Full benefits package

  • Must be a . Citizen or Green Card holder

  • 100% onsite role (no remote/hybrid)

  • Located in the Milwaukee, WI area
