**The Position**

+ Lead the Market Access & Healthcare Affairs function
+ Monitor, interpret & shape developments in the healthcare system based on impact on Boehringer Ingelheim’s current & future Human Pharma Business Unit (HPBU) portfolio
+ Direct, devise and execute the long-term market access and healthcare affairs strategy for Boehringer Ingelheim’s product portfolio

**Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute optimal price and access strategies. Provide pricing, reimbursement and pharmacoeconomic information to the HP business
+ Develop deep insights into the relationships amongst stakeholders within the healthcare system and build advocacy networks to effectively shape and develop healthcare policies and the healthcare system in areas of relevance for Boehringer Ingelheim’s current and future portfolio
