Responsibilities Provide comprehensive advice on legal corporate matters, including reviewing services‑provider contracts, corporate contracts, corporate secretarial support, and general legal advice to the Velto team. Support Velto’s group in corporate matters. Assist in advising on the legal aspects of asset‑management activities of the solar and wind portfolio, including corporate matters related to subsidiaries, drafting and review of operational contracts (O&M, land leases, service providers), and corporate restructuring transactions. Contribute to managing legal matters and support liaison with lenders on existing financing agreements as well as structuring new agreements with lenders.
