Head of Investment Banking

Manages department performance to identify, secure and complete Corporate Finance Transactions. Investment Banking Head helps corporations in finding investors for obtaining debt finance, underwriting of the stock issues, working as the financial advisor, handling mergers and acquisitions, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the Department efficiently so that performance goals and objectives are achieved
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to expand the business.
• Perform guidance, supervision and approval in due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Facilitate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and develop recommendations for product offerings along with private equity transactions.
• Manage Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
• Manages all stages of client interaction, from the sales pitch to the transaction documents.
