Head of Insurance Sales

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Insurance Sales will have full commercial accountability for the Insurance vertical. This role is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, and expanding the insurance portfolio through data-, AI- and telematics-enabled insurance solutions. The role carries national revenue accountability and requires close collaboration with product, underwriting, data and technology teams to commercialise innovative insurance propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end sales and commercial strategy for the Insurance channel, including revenue growth, margin performance, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide strategic leadership in the commercialisation of data-driven, AI-enabled and telematics-based insurance and underwriting solutions.
